Winston replaced a window and used the wrong trim, it now does not match the two other windows in the same room, even though I reviewed everything with him before hiring him. He replaced a basement door and did not finish the sill plate or the inside trim. He took the money and made no true attempt to return - he answered 2 texts, a week apart, stating he will come "tomorrow", that never happened; I made one call to request his return, he never returned the call. I posted my concerns on the local Nextdoor newsfeed and heard from two other individuals who hired him and were also not satisfied. No one wrote to defend him or that they were satisfied.
