This summer (2015) we had a new roof put on our retirement home by Winston Roofing.
This was a first time ever experience (we are middle-aged) for us, so of course we as many others went through all the discussions before our choices were finally solidified. Personally I have never considered a roof as being attractive. Our new roof is BEAUTIFUL! (I would love to share a couple pictures if there’s a way.)
I can’t emphasize enough the positives we found in this Winston Roofing team…
-Great customer service, approachable, excellent communication skills that eased any/all concerns we had. Entire team was polite, HARD WORKING, and as unobtrusive as they could be while we stayed in the house during the roof install.
-The Winston Roofing team did go the extra mile for us, literally. We live on the coast of Oregon, and their team of eight or so men drove from Winston in two trucks (both with trailers), and as soon as the vehicles stopped men were out and up on the roof. They all worked ALL day, taking one break to eat. At the end of day one we were told two men were going to stay over night on the coast, and would be at the house early to complete the job.
-One day and ½ and our new roof was finished! Right down to the colored vents I asked for. They went over the property with a magnet roller to be sure all staples/nails were picked up, and removed all packaging trash.
What a great group of hard working professional men. We highly recommend Winston Roofing, and rest assured the finished product is worth every penny invested in a beautiful, worry free, roof over your head for years to come.
