In July we bought an 8 year old Winter home, beautiful, absolutely stunning. The workmanship, the attention to detail all is very very nice. Unfortunately we're over 70 and getting upstairs is getting rough, but at the time this was the only home available, after selling our house in TN we had to rent because there was nothing available, with all that said, we'd love to have a ranch built maybe in the next couple years, sell this house and have a lovely Winter home built...we're already looking forward to it. I won't have any other builder.

Winter Homes built our retirement house, was amazing to work with, highest quality materials , built far above codes, exceeded our expectations, truly a custom experience, nothing like a track home builder trying to pinch pennies everywhere they could. Winter Homes is not cheap, but we’ll worry the extra dollars to get a quality home.

Would recommend this builder. Great quality, good people, easy to work with. workmanship is of the highest quality. They keep promises and complete work in a timely fashion.

Not satisfied at all..Quality of workmanship not very good. Had problems with hardwood floors and was promised to correct but they never did.
Had a number of other smaller issues some corrected but most were not.
Would never RECOMMEND to anyone!!!!!!

This is my Third New Home I have purchased from Winter Homes. There are reasons for that and they are : (1) Quality Workmanship, (2) Commitment to the buyer in regard to satisfaction. (3) Melissa who is the Warranty Manager. she is Top-Notch in her position. She rates FIVE STARS in insuring the buyer has no problems with any issue the house may have. If there are any she is in contact quickly to resolve ! You can not go wrong with a WINTER HOME !!
