We have continued to have problems with our alarm system. We were awakened at 3:30 in the a.m. and smelled an electrical fire odor. We called the fire department. They also smelled what we smelled but could not find the source. We had to make mulitple calls to Wiring Innovators and finally got someone to call us back. They told us we probably needed some new parts, and made an appointment to come to the house for service. 30 minutes before they were scheduled to come they called and said the part didn't come in. We haven't heard from them in two weeks. Tonight, at 11:30 p.m. our alarm system is beeping telling us we need new batteries in the front door. We've changed them three times and it's still beeping. We have grandchildren sleeping. Who knows when we'll get a return call. Their service stinks, find somebody else to service your system!!!

These electrical contractors stink, they wired our brand new home. 4 months later we call a generac company to come and install a whole house generator. They find before completing their install that wiring innovators cracked the main house circuit breaker by torqueing the main lines incoming (red and black) wires so tight the black was broken and the red was in very bad shape and cracked the actual circuit breaker. The wires are suppose to be tightened with a torque wrench and NOT over tightened. Because the circuit breaker was on back order I had to but a whole new electric panel for my house just to get the main circuit breaker. I was told by my generac installer this could have caused a house fire. County inspector would not have seen the cracked breaker because of where it was cracked and they are not allowed to touch things, just look to insoect. FUMING AT THIS COMPANY and my builder !!!!!!Don't hire these people!!!!
