We hired Wisco Management to turn our stale old basement into a man cave. The anchor of the project was a large bar that we had moved from Texas to Atlanta. Building from that, Kris developed a vision and executed on the plan much better than I could have imagined.

He coordinated all of the plumbing, electrical, flooring etc on a cost plus basis. He was clear about cost throughout the project and we ended up on budget.

We had an intruder break into our house by smashing the window of our back door. I was out of the country and my girlfriend was home alone. I called Chris in somewhat of a panic. He said not to worry and he would get it sorted out. Literally within one hour, they had purchased a replacement
door and were at my house. The frame and the door were is disarray. They repaired the entire damage within a few hours before dark so that my girlfriend would be safe in the house. I can’t thank Chris and team enough. It was the best service and customer service I have ever received. I would highly recommend anyone to use them for any type of home improvement or repairs.

We were referred to Kris by a good family friend and we couldn't be happier. We had our entire main level redone as well as other small parts around the house touched up as well. We had 3 walls removed, kitchen completely gutted and moved to a different area, as well as new flooring.

Kris's men were very professional, respectful and had great attention to detail. We did this remodel while living in the home with a toddler and 2 dogs. They finished each day on time making sure that no dangerous items or equipment were out that could injure anyone.

His price was extremely reasonable and he finished on time (we added a few changes and still managed to finish only 1 week longer than the estimate but that was our choice and he was clear on the added time frame).

We have recommended Kris and his team to everyone that has asked us and we will definitely use him again for any future projects.

We have use Wisco for several home projects: a complete Kitchen renovation, a covered back deck with fireplace and bathroom remodels. We’ve always been happy with the quality of their work , and the projects were all finished on time and in budget. Kris has a great eye for design and helped us make many decisions in the process of doing our kitchen and back deck plans.

Kris and his guys remodeled a living/dining/family room for us and we couldn’t be happier. They took out walls, replaced with beams to open up the rooms and added French doors. A second project included building columns under our deck and building retaining walls. A third project was rebuilding our garage door over head beams. Always on time and great attention to detail.
His guys were even nice enough to help me do some heavy lifting in my yard.

Kris was great to deal with. His communication was excellent and he always responded immediately to texts. Our basement flooded and he handled the insurance repair work, keeping costs within our allowance. His crew was conscientious and performed quality work. We will use him again when we’re ready for our next project.

I met Chris Wissman on a Facebook forum and it turns out he could provide exactly what I needed and lived right down the street from me.
