Matt Barcewski is completely incompetent. He does not do what he says he will do. Does not complete it in the time in which he says he will get it done. Does not have process or structure. They use bullying tactics to get you to pay more than your agreed upon price and dumps a large bill on your lap the day you are supposed to move in and will not give you keys until you pay his unlawful price. His subcontractors are aware of his techniques and they don't like working for him. My suggestion is run like heck from this builder - They are over priced, over promise and under deliver.

Matt helped with a large remodel of our home that was built in the 1950s. He was very easy to work with and helped make our house more functional and the home that we love. Matt was considerate of the fact that we wanted to keep with the integrity of the original home style, with modern updates for functionality, all on a budget. We purchased this home because it was the home that I grew up in, but the layout and style was outdated. Matt was such a hard worker and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted, including the large walk-in closet that I could not live without. I would happily work with him again if I were to ever do another remodel
