    Deck remodel

    Posting my updated review since I got Dan back on the project this summer.
    I was originally frustrated with how deck remodel went with last year. Most of that was due to miscommunication (on both sides) on timelines and issues resolution. Dan get covid, some family issues at the same year and then lumber prices skyrocketed.

    Once we sorted those out I have his commitment to complete the job. He does a great job in construction, very knowledgable and detail oriented. Jut make sure to discuss contract details in advance and expectations, the best way to communicate and response times, etc.
    If unsure just make sure you have payment schedule that works for you, he's very approachable and at the end does deliver.
