Wizard Roofing and Asphalt

I hired Wizard Roofing to make a repair on my asphalt shingle roof. They charged me $1100 for two and half hours of work that I thought was outrageous considering I wanted to know why the cost was so high. I was told that they would be on my roof for a good six or seven hours. They showed up three and half hours late, worked for an hour took lunch for another hour and then worked for another hour and a half.
Two months later the leak reappeared and I called Wizard to inform them of the problem. I get their voice mail and they refuse to return my phone calls even after several attempts to contact them.

Don't hire these people you'll be sorry.

I'm will be filing formal complaints with the Pa. Attorney General Office and the BBB within the next week.

He committed to being at my house at a specific time to work on the driveway. More than an hour later no workers not even a telephone call. This does not give me confidence in his work.

This company should not be allowed to operate. They do an extremely incomplete job that falls apart within weeks, which tells me they do not know how to do their job. I did not find anything they were capable of doing anything correctly which has wasted a tremendous amount of my time. The only thing they were able to do well was make more excuses than you could ever think of. I am now going to have to find another company and pay about 4000.00 more to fix what they claimed they could do. Yelp needs to ban them from their site. A claim with BBB has been filed and a major complaint with The Attorney General but I am sure that will go nowhere. I have found Yelp seems to let anyone advertise as long as the contractor is paying. Wizard roofing does not call customers back until they feel like they are good and ready to if they even call back. If you have money to waste and love to have a crappy job done and a lot of time to waste and if you like to clean up after contractors since these people won’t clean up after themselves, then this is your company. I really do not want to write a book on how bad this contractor was so hopefully this gets the point across. I would stay away from Thumbtack because of their referrals and this contractor because of their unprofessional amateur presentation of what they claim to be. Look at the photos below they need to make sure they are distant shots so you can not see the crappy workmanship

I was very satisfied with wizard roofing and asphalt, they installed a new roof new shingle roof, price was excellent crew was very knowledgeable and respectable. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
