This contractor was assigned to me through my Home Warranty Insurance. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I would give zero stars if allowed. There were a plethora of issues that I experienced with the technician, Brandon. First, the technician showed up at my front door without a mask; non-compliant to COVID-19 precautions. When I told him he needed to wear a mask before entering my home, his demeanor and tone changed. This was the first strike. Secondly, as the technician entered my master bath to assess my issue, he over talked me and didn't allow me to express what was going on. He just twisted the hot water fixture as tight as he could to stop the continous flow, then proceeded to do paperwork. No explanation or details were forthcoming to me until I asked. He made this simple issue into exaggerated issues alluding to the fact that I would need to hire a general contractor to " cut into the outside of my home, remove some of the vinyl, and remove the plywood." I really feel that he was not sure how to adequately fix/diagnose the problem and wanted to receive the maximum amount from my Homeowner's Insurance. What affected me negatively the most, is a comment that he made to me, regarding finding a general contractor to do the work. He stated, "don't get a Baby Daddy or Cousin of a Cousin to do the work, but a professional." I was completely floored by this offensive comment and could not believe that he was degrading me in my own home!!! I have been a Registered Nurse for 16 years and I am very stable financially. Money definitely is not the issue, so for him to make this assumption was totally a sign of racial bias and completely unprofessional. I have never been treated this way by any "professional" company. Please train your employees on how to effectively interact with the customers and to become more culturally aware of their verbage when conversing with customers! I'm so disappointed!!!!

I only put one star because you can’t place less
This company flat out bottom line literally sucks
Works with our warranty company, came to our home to replace well pump took our $100 check for our deductible & left , said he needed to go to Lowe’s never came back wouldn’t answer phone
He called the warranty company back said the job was too big & he didn’t have the equipment
Please you list your company as construction & this is the best you have, and to take the money knowing you have no intentions on returning
It’s hard to find honest, respectable contractors
I was hesitant when I read his reviews but the warranty company usually endorses better people than this
Please beware if you are looking to do anything to your home please research your contractor & if these guys are involved... RUN the other way
You would think with all the social media now for people to communicate about their experience they would at least care about their reputation as a business. .. I guess this is their business scamming people -
By Bruce H.October 21, 2018Fix hot water heater/Luke warm water only from taps$100
Awful. Contractor rushed off after we told him one of the hot water taps still didn’t work Said “I’ve done all I can,” then drive off. He cashed the check though! Forced me to find another company and eat my loss, both time and money! I’d give zero stars if allowed.

My experience was totally bad the plumber they sent didn’t want to work I had a leak under my bathroom sink there was a crack in the pc pipe instead of fixing it he broke it off then he put in his report that I had broken it so the warranty company wouldn’t fix it so I had to come out my pocket to have it done I’ve been without water for 4 days I have a messed up sink cabinet the bottom is destroyed this isn’t a good company
