I will not recommend these contractors to anyone. I called Wk Plumbing & Sewer due to basement flood and he just cleaned city sewer pipe and he promised me this will solve the issue otherwise he will do something else. He brought Master pipes cleaners( 773-742-6777) did the job and actually there is no problem at all for the sewer pipe. But they charged me $1200 and they promised my basement flood issue fixed and they will come back again if not. i told them clearly that $1200 should solve my basement flooding issue otherwise i will not pay $1200 for just cleaning sewer pipe and they promised me it will. One day later it was raining and my basement got flood again and I called them and they were trying to ask more money. I asked them to send me receipt but no one answered the phone anymore. The 2 guys seemed playing the game together. One looked honest the other one looked aggressive but they are working together to get your money. NO INVOICE and NO RECEIPT! and they are definitely not experienced! PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!
