Found WL Smith from Better Business Bureau. I was looking for a contractor to do a full remodel on older Victorian home. Bill was very thorough helping me get plans designed and discussing different options for remodeling the home. He completely remodeled the whole home. Removed all old knob and tube wiring, reworked the whole home with 3 sub panels. He removed all galvanized lines and all iron sewer lines. He plumbed the whole house including a new copper supply line. Framed and built 3 new bathrooms, a new huge kitchen, installed 2 HVAC systems and also insulated the whole home. He is very thorough and completes the work in a timely manner. Excellent communicator and good with change orders when situations come up that need change. He is definitely one of the best and most reliable contractor I have ever used. I am impressed and will refer him whenever I can. Thank you Bill for a job well done!!

W.L Construction (is) BillmSmoth is a great contractor but a poor businessman .I hired this company to complete the repairs for the inspection. On my new home .I paid upfront in cash (big mistake ) what ensued were a series of late appointments ,dismissed phone calls ,work that was paid for and not completed , dishonesty , and a failure to provide promised warranty .I would recommend another contractor if you want your work completed efficiently and honestly

I contacted William for an insurance repair after seeing 3 other contractors, one not even licensed, that came and gave me estimate. He was very professional from the start. Returned my phone calls right away and kept his appointments. He listended very attentitively and explained to me step by step the process for the work to be done. He started our project on time and finished within the time frame he gave us. He also kept me informed during the whole process on the work being done. I will definitely call him for all of my home improvement needs. Great guy, very friendly and communicates well.
WL Smith is currently working on a 4200 sq ft tile installation in our home. All is 90% complete but I couldn't wait to write a review. I have never worked with a contractor who is so thorough and that has such a commitment to excellence. He has been on the job site all day- every day ensuring that his subcontractors are held to his standard of quality. He has gone over and above our expectations all the while keeping our home a clean and safe environment. I would highly recommend WL Smith.
