Communication became nonexistent after project initial interactions. After multiple inquiries...would get one response with an empty promise of submitting specifications for my review...then nothing. This has been a tremendous disappointment and buildzoom has proven to be a disaster.

I paid this contractor $500 for a design I cannot use and to submit the proposal to my HOA, which was never done. Communication stopped back in January. None of my emails, texts or calls have been returned. Essentially, I am still at square one - without a design, nothing built and nothing HOA approved. To make matters worse, I'm also out $500. Thanks for taking my money and giving me nothing.

WL3 Designs Employees
WL3 Designs, LLC sent us a contract through Docusign and took our down payment of $1875. They never started our, architectural design and planning w/permit submission, project. I tried to communicate by phone with William Leipart (Owner) for a month. He would only text or email back and always had a lame excuse as to why he had not started our project, such as it was his son’s 5th Birthday or he didn’t feel well, etc…. He gave empty promises and stopped communicating. The entire project was supposed to take no more than 8 weeks. After 4 weeks of excuses and nothing from him we decided to go with another company. Based on his other reviews, on BuildZoom, he appears to be fraudulent. I would NOT RECOMMEND doing business with WL3 Designs LLC. He owes us $1875 since he gave us nothing in return.
