I hired this company to do a lot of work in the house. I paid him in April 18, 2022. He took the money and only did some work. Out of that work, he was to install the floors. He installed the floors but the way he did the installation, he damaged the entire floor which cost over $5k. The floors have marks from the glue and what not which are because his guys walked with his shoes all over it. I lost money for the floors which is $5k and than I paid him a total of $12400 which I also lost because he did not finish the rest of the work. I had to call several companies to fix the floor and all of them said that it needs to be replaced. I am not able to move in to the house because the floors are damaged. I am paying rent elsewhere and not being able to move into my own house all because of this guy. He is unprofessional, unreliable and a cheater. I am already out of pocket for almost $17k and now I have to spend another $10k to get the floors fixed. He stopped responding to messages and when he finally responded he is telling me that I have to fix the floors myself. Seriously ? You damaged my floors and took my money and than you have the nerve to tell me that I have to fix my own floors ? His company should be out of business because he will either not do the work or do the work and not do it professionally. He should be investigated and I need my money back.
