Earl Woeste and brother built my home in 1992. I could not be more dissatisfied with the quality of the job. All windows and doors leaked, you could actually feel the wind blowing in between the house and door/window frame. They did things like putting roofing shingles under external door frames to force size doors which leaked ruining both doors and flooring. The house was built on a level long time tobacco field. The house began to immediately settle resulting in stair step cracking (actual brick cracking in half) in all sides of the house. After 10 years the house was a disaster. Be very wary of this business.
