When Mr. Wolcott and his father Del, then the owner worked on my home to remodel it turned into a nightmare that is still on going all these years later. The house is literally rotting as it can not breath. When they finish the job, water ran down the windows inside from condensation. Just today we had to pull the rotting siding off of one of the dormers as water was coming in and bring down the ceiling. We found that there was only blue board and interior insulation..there was no plywood that the siding would have been nailed to. All of the sills on the house have had to be replaced from rot. When they sided the back of the house, they doubled the blue board and the only thing the siding was nailed to was the blue board...falling off. the floors are not level. I could go on and on about the numerous errors, but it only makes me crazy to think about it. I waited for Del Wolcott and his son to do this job as they were supposed to be the best. OMG what a joke. The proposal was $32,000 which was a lot then...turned out over $120,000. I know the son that is now running the business ..was it John? was extremely rude and nasty ..I'd be more than happy to show people around to see this disaster
