Ripped us off on log cabin build, kept getting draws from bank - when deliveries came of logs and supplies, he would come back at night and pick up materials and take to other jobs. The Joists do not sit on the foundation. He argued that Georgia code is different from Florida Codes. Then he disconnected his phones and shut down his businesses we could not get ahold of him after he got all our construction funds from the Bank. When we contacted our lender was told it was our responsibility to oversee the withdrawals. This builder was recommended buy our loan officer at M&T Bank.
