Wolfe Pools

Poor workmanship. Pool leaked from day one. After one halfhearted attempt to repair nothing.

I've had Wolfe Pools taking care of my pool needs for almost 20 years. I have an inground pool and there have been some repairs needed over the years plus the opening and closing each year. They have always fixed any problem that came up in timely fashion. This week my motor on my pump expired after 25 years and with the way the world is running today had no expectation of getting my pool running any time soon. Bill found a pump and installed it the day he received it. I am back to normal and in 90 degree heat am so thankful. Try to find that kind of service with some of these other local companies!

I had a hard time finding someone to open my pool this year. Mr Wolf seemed so genuine and I felt confident in their abilities. I payed $250 for a job that was not completed. They would come and go without completing any tasks or making me aware of the situation. I am disabled. When I called Mr Wolf to find out why his workers came and left without speaking to me, he would come up with excuses and was complacent. Each time they came to my home they had a different excuse of why they couldn't finish the job. Each time I, a 40 year old disabled woman fixed the problem in moments. Each time I spoke with Mr. Wolf after the initial opening he became very defensive and rude which brought me to tears. Never in my life have I been so stressed about opening my pool. We usually handle it ourselves but thought this year we would take the easy way out. There has been nothing easy dealing with this business. Why take a job if it's beneath you or you can't be bothered by it. I had no expectations except what I paid for, get my pool open , clean and running. They opened it but that's where the job ended. I will never pay anyone hundreds of dollars again until the job is done.
