He was recommended from a friend that is why we trust him . First he ask if he can bring sliding door in because it was to big compare to the other one we have we told him you think is no going to be any problems is tile there he say is going to be OK that is why we hired him he put half of the sliding door on top of the tiles After couple weeks he did the windows and sliding door install in my house my neighbor from downstairs start complaining about water coming on her porch we where thinking maybe is coming from the stairs we know the stairs are bad . But my neighbors start complaining every time it rain and the association supposedly fix the stairs one day after couple years and smell of mold walking on porch the tile Crack and water was on the bottom we call mister Mike to check he arrive and u can see the negative of the mister Mike when we told him we going to tale the tile and that way u can fix that problem he say I no moving the sliding door he say I coming next week 2 or 3 months pass and we see him on the area and he come with his helper put silicone and leave . Everything was ok till next rain I spend all day moping the floor for the neighbor downstairs don't get any water. We call him several time he never answer we send pic he never answer . I don't recommend this person for any job he is no a professional
