Scott's team just re-roofed my 120 year old cottage. The roof rafters are narrow and held together by cotter pins, which are visible from the interior and a touch I love about the place. They used lighter plywood, a thin layer of insulation on the outside, screws instead of nails, and kept the charm! Impressive work!! All this and they were on schedule, charged no extras, and left the place cleaner than they found it!!
