I had water damage to my kitchen in February 2021. I called several local construction/renovation companies to come out and provide a bid. This company advertises free estimates on their website so I had them come out. I had to submit 3 bids to my insurance company and they went with the least expensive bid, which was not Wood Run. I called them to let them know i would be going with the company my insurance approved at which point i was told by Sharma I would need to pay for the bid. I informed her that their website advertises free bids...she argued and the call was ended. I received a bill a few months later for over $4000. This company never did any repairs on my home. I contacted an attorney to dispute the charges. she contacted them to let them know these charges were invalid and no services were rendered so therefor I wouldn't be paying over $4k to them. This company then sent me to collections for services they NEVER rendered. This was an insurance claim and I had no choice who Progressive chose as a provider for services. I now have to take the time and effort to take them to small claims court to have this removed from my credit report. Stay far away from this shady company!!!

Each day that the crew came to our house, there was a new error, damage, or poor craftsmanship. They would come and go without letting us know and were poor communicators. They took 8 months to finish a small project, even when we reduced the scale just to get them out of our lives. I would never refer this company to anyone. Poor craftsmanship, poor communication, poor etiquette, poor performance all around.
