I gave Michael Woodard in June on 2019 to install windows. He took my deposit and used for personal use. He continued to make excuses and offered my return of funds and to this day January 2020 I have not received my money back. He has stop returning my calls and txt messages. This is crime to take a person money and not do the job. I have no other choice to take legal action to settle this matter. How would he like someone to scam his Mom. We all have a Mother.

Michael Woodard Construction was hired to replace windows to my home. He was given a deposit to purchase and install the windows in June 2019. He did not purchase or install the windows. He told me that he would return my deposit for failure to do the job. It is almost October and he has not refunded my deposit and not answering or returning my calls. He ask for extensions that have come and gone. He kept saying will return your deposit on a given day and wouldn’t hear or receive the money. This is deceptive and fraudulent to take your money for a job and not complete it

Woodard's General Construction repaired my roof, I thought it was a very fair price and an excellent job. Woodard's construction and crew were hard working and cleaned up afterwards. Very knowledge able, I would recommend them to anyone.

Roof and sidewalk well done by him and his crew!!! They also repaired my back steps for free. I will recommend him to everyone that needs work done. The price was very affordable. I bought the materials and they only charged me for the labor.?

Awful contractor... full of excuses, barely showed up, barely did any work, highly unprofessional. I set clear expectations and a clear timeline for getting the work completed. He would start, work a couple of hours then take off for days at a time. No contact, not anything. Wouldn't respond to messages or calls. Finally I had enough and fired him. He completed barely 40 hours of work in an 8 week period. Enough said.

I sub contracted a porch recementing job to Mike and he he an Excellent job. Customer was Extremely Happy! I will be working with mike for every new job that comes.

I called 8 other contractors in the city to do the work on my home. He was the only one to respond promptly. Job well done!!!
