The most terrible experience I ever had. He was extremely rude and wouldnâ t communicate properly. On being questioned, he felt frustrated and bursted out multiple times that I should communicate with my husband instead of he doesnâ t have to repeat himself. He doesnâ t have the experience and have destroyed our Brazilian hardwood and has no remorse. Instead he said he canâ t work to complete the project and left us in an unlivable house. The worst part is I have to hire others who told me it will take multiple sandings to correct the damage he has done. This has lead to thinning of our hardwood which will be expensive to repair. He has taken $7000 as deposit and terminated the contract leaving us with a floor that will be need to be replaced.
