We purchased our home in 2021. At first glimpse, the home is gorgerous. After moving in, it’s one issue after another. The builder, Roy, expected the home buyer to work around his schedule. We had things blues taped that needed to be repaired. He refused to sent someone out until he started building the next house. So that went in for months. When they did come out, they did such a crappy job, I ended up paying my handyman to come and fix everything they we blue taped. Then, they started building the on the lot next to us. They constantly used our driveway to back in, tore up our grass and damaged our mailbox. The icing on the cake, the built up the lot so high, now we have standing water on our property. It’s been over a year of tryin to get someone to come and make a ditch or something to drain the water. I will never ever recommend this company. The worst customer service and the most evil people who come off as so Christian like.
