Their accomodation was remarkable. As we change our mind and do whatever we want to do, they have no problem being flexible. The price was excellent. Very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. They did exactly what they said they would do, including the date of completion.

Terrible back up in the office, . I waited over 2 weeks for a sprinkler technician. I wanted one hour notice so I could drive down to Woodlands to meet him. They could only give 30 min. We spoke Friday before the Monday appointment. I was going to be in Woodlands for a 9 AM Dr. appointment so I would be close. Then they called while I was in the apt. and asked if control panel was accessible. Why not ask that question ahead of time. Also, they knew I was meeting him. Might have been a good tech, just terrible back up from office (and I suspect just a way out of over booking).
