    He built our new custom home
    $1,300,000

    Hello Wood Ridge Custom home Mike Wall general contractor built our home. You should never believe him from his appearance. He charges and takes money for undelivered materials and I rendered service. You will lose to this guy in the end. You will be hurt getting home built by this guy. Please be aware. He never shares draw request with full line items he has submitted to bank with you. He has a tactic of having two sets of contract one with the bank and one with you. In the middle of the project you can’t even reach him. Example he had allocated 27,000 for painting and we decided to do it ourselves. He convinced my husband that he would do draw request to bank and we could use that money towards other items we are working on. He took all 27000 dollars and adjusted $14000. He had money allocated in various buckets which will be hard for you to break down. He puts money in miscellaneous bucket and make you pay every penny and hog everything in the end. If you are not aware he does big tax fraud. We caught him and have him adjust it for us. If you hire this guy you won’t see your home constructed but you loose health and happiness. Please please be aware and do not hire Mike Wallace for your dream home.

    This is just a bad contractor and Mike Wall is a bad human being. Its that simple. Bad workmanship and Bad attitude when asked to fix something.

    Terrible contractor
    These guys, Mike Wall and Mike Johnson have no common sense. They built the house with pex plumbing running though the attic, in Arizona, without being insulated or at least buried within the insulation. The cold water in the summertime is blistering hot for minutes before it cools to luke warm. Mike Wall's solution is to let the water run longer.
    Lots better contractors out there, keep looking.

    Steer clear of this so called contractor. Woodridge and its owner, Mike Wall will do terrible work. This guy is also a theft (charges for items not delivered or installed). If you hire Mike Wall to build your dream home, you will be sorry. This guy has no talent to build quality, he only builds to the bare minimum code requirements. There are 3 types of contractors, the good, the bad and the ugly. Mike Wall is one of the ugly contractors. He will take your money and run. DO NOT HIRE!

    Mike & Mike are a great tag team and get your home built with integrity and care immensely about the fished product.

    WE SHOULD KNOW! After being ripped off by 3 different contractors, visiting the useless Register of Contractors twice, and dealing with 5 less than scrupulous contractors, Woodridge Custom Builders is a breath of fresh air. One contractor actually screamed at me for asking to many questions. One word for him: Psycho.

    Mike Wall understood our mistrust and proved to be an honest and caring craftsman. We wished we would have found him sooner. We could have saved a lot of money and heartache had Mike been the first we found. Our house is 75% complete and we are impressed with the speed and skill that they have brought to our project. All in all, we can not ever thank him and his crews enough....
