    Add roof and window doors

    So they did a ok job they installed
    Roof and some windows and doors
    In a garage
    They did crap job on the window
    Anyway final got job done pay in full now have hard time getting my lean of release paper work from Mr woods

    I decided to hire Bob to build a garage after reading these reviews. That was a mistake. Don't hire him, you will be sorry!

    Build a garage

    These guys are in the business of making money, not competent building. It’s been 8 years since I had them build my garage and it did not go well. Worst concrete work I ever saw, poor build quality, terrible garage door install that still haunts me to this day. Absolute hacks. The good price isn’t really good at all when you see what you get.

    Had a garage built by them, poor concrete work, long delay in permitting, numerous promises that were told and not fulfilled. Once his taillights leave the property they do not return. Calls just result in lip service promises he seems to have no intention of honoring.
    You don,t really get what you pay for with his lower costs.

    Don't hire this bozo. His concrete work was terrible and should be redone. He whines all the time about how he is doing the best he can when in reality he just does not know what he is doing. My opinion.
    I will fix what I can and if it amounts to too much money I will take him to court.
    He left the job site a mess of concrete, and other refuse. No final inspection yet.

    Build a small house
    150 days

    We had a terrible experience. We had to constantly call to get him to comeout, he did not get the permits he promised, the workmanship was terrible, we ended up redoing some of the work ourselves, the wood that he had delivered to be used on our house was torn off of an old building. We paid for new construction. Was promised that once the foundation was poured, the structure would be up in 10 days. Four months later, the structure was up. We hear he won the lottery and left a lot of people in a bad way. There are so many flaws in the structure of the house and the foundation, but we cannot get in touch with him.

    Bob finished my garage last year and I haven't been able to get him back to handle my warranty issues. I have been calling since September, it is now April. He says he'll come or reply but does not. C. Carpenter...P.S...foundation, concrete is weak. demand metal wire in concrete.
