    Bathroom Remodel project

    The bathroom ended up looking great, and we're very happy with the result.

    However, there were several issues during the project, and communication was lacking. Rather than bring issues to us and keep us informed, or even ask how we wanted to proceed, several times they simply made a decision and kept going.

    The project ended up taking a couple of weeks longer than expected, and I think this was due to poor planning and coordination. There were days when almost nothing was accomplished due to whatever issue they were having, but we were never informed.

    At the end, they were rushing to try and finish things up, and ended up making some mistakes that required them to return to address. In addition, I ended having to connect the vanity sink myself, as the non-standard furniture and pieces proved too confusing.

    As I said, we're happy with the result, but I'm not sure I would work with them again.
