Completely unreliable. Always late, always making excuses for never showing up. Used discounted cedar, and tried to scam me - installed pine panels and tried to convince me they were cedar. Roof leaked heavily - had to have it re-done.

Day one was fine. After that all downhill. Never showed up on time. Did a terrible job I actually had to have it torn down and redone as it lacked structural integrity.

Unreliable. Never finished project. I made mistake of paying in full before city approved work. Turns out it failed inspection came apart within a few weeks. Paul came back out after multiple no shows and being unresponsive started to fix but didn’t complete and the permit is still outstanding with the city. It’s been over 6 months for a small pergola. I would not recommend this poorly managed company. They had several other bad reviews as well on google but they had their listing removed for that reason. I have been trying to contact Paul for over a month now and no response.
