    Contacted my attorney to file suit against World Class Properties LLC (Mr. Robert Morales) and his subcontractor William Sorto for failure to meet contractual obligations (breach of contract signed on 7/22/2020)! Robert requires upfront payment of 25% when contract is signed (which in my case happened 3 months before actual work started). Robert also doesn't believe in ever paying his subcontractor since I got caught up in the middle of it which negatively impacted my project. 6 month later, the work remains incomplete after paying 85% of fees!

    They don't posses any of the qualities they mentioned in the description!!! Dishonest, unreliable, unprofessional, unethical... Think again especially if you are remote.

    Hired for a remodel project which was cancelled because of city code issues, but Robert Morales cashed my check without starting any work though I told him not to... So I eventually hired him to do renovation and turn key ready on one of my rental just to recover my check that was cashed. As expected Robert and his crew started demanding money claiming the work is done 100% when it wasn't even done 50%, They won't agree until I showed pictures and then started to finish. Same story again after few days, now 80% work was done but claims 100%. They made my backyard junk yard with all the demo from renovation. Robert makes all effort to get your project, be careful.. once you start believing him, then he will have all stories for everything that you question. They cannot even follow simple instructions, messed up with my paint color even after giving them color code clearly, they water damaged my brand new installed floor and made me buy extra material to fix it. They left AC vents open when flooring was done and claims it's 100% done, when asked he complains that I complain about little things!!! Now threatens me that he will put mechanics lien on my property!! I wish there was a way to upload pictures!! This review is genuine, other reviews are from buddies and other business partners. BE VERY CAREFUL... NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS
