Stine Allen E
While Allen does have a general contractor’s license he does not sub-out work to professionals. He’ll charge you for professional work being done and what you will get is a handyman and day laborers. Nearly all work done on my home has required replacement or repair at extra cost to me. It took 3 weeks for my roof to be completed. What was a 2 month job turned into 6 months due to countless delays on Allen’s part. I can’t stress enough how poorly this job was done. Do not hire this contractor.
