This was my worst experience in 18 years with any vendor. I was led to believe this was through SCE & he was contracted by them to do this job. It has been almost 1 year since Mr. Jin installed our fixtures. We have had 40 plus bulbs burn out & numerous fixtures defective. I have now called for more than 2 weeks without a response. When he tells you he will return your call he never does. Today he tells me that our warranty is over so he doesn't have to replace anything. This is something I would never have done know the fixtures would be so cheap in quality & the bulbs would cost $7 to replace each. This guy is so unprofessional & we are so sorry we ever changed any of our fixtures. If the star ratings had a zero that is what I would use.
