I was a past customer of Worldwide Alarm but left them due to their POOR customer service, the worst of any company I've ever did business with. It was also extremely difficult to close out my account they completly ignore any communication either by phone, email and fax. I highly suggest not doing business with them and finding a company that services their customer.

I was a customer and experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I dropped they but that also was a challange they never return calls never acknowledged by letter I mailed to cancel it was a nightmare. I strongly recommend you stay away from this company.
