Let me qualify myself - I am retired military and retired law enforcement. I have moved 21 times and have built numerous homes and have re-roofed a number of purchased existing homes. I am not easily impressed with roofing companies. That said - Working with Jonathan was a pleasure. He is very professional, trustworthy, and responsive. I had several bids on my job. Jonathan's bid came in at a very reasonable price. What I considered about his bid that made it the right choice: 1. Guarantee on workmanship and materials, 2. Extras he includes as part of his bid were up-charges by others, 3. He listens, 4. He makes solid recommendations when he sees real or potential problems that will impact the service and lifetime of your roof, 5. Reviews like this one that attest to the quality of his work. His team arrived on time and started right to work. They were polite and professional and extremely safe. The job was completed on time (a huge plus for me). The crew also had someone whose job it was to constantly clean up so you didn't have debris all over the place. In fact in this case it never left the roof. Everything was bagged on the roof and removed from there. The overall job and the quality of the work is impressive. The value they added to my home with the quality of this roof far exceeds the cost. Would definitely use Jonathan Smith at World Wide again and I highly recommend them.
