They saved me $1028.78 replacing my heating and cooling system. It was the same brand as the other contractor quoted me but the newest model which has higher efficiency ratings and is able to run the heat pump at lower temperatures. Our old system wasn't able to keep up when it got really cold so I'm glad we had it replaced sooner than later especially with the energy savings and 300 dollars it cost every year to recharge the system. The guys did some calculations and showed me the differences in power consumption between the models and brands they are licensed to install and they helped me understand the pros and cons so I could make a decision on my own. I appreciated their honesty and the time they took to explain the details to me and my wife. They also fixed a broken light switch for free. Thanks guys I appreciate you going the extra mile.

Good experience. They quickly were able to figure out what the Craigslist contractor I previously hired did wrong. They made the repairs and we haven't had any problems since. They were also willing to work late to get the job done so I didn't have to take off work the next day.

They perform excellent quality work unlike some other general contractors I have hired in the past. They are a small company but have done some rather large projects for me. One of the owners is an x-military contractor that has impressed me with his knowledge of heating and cooling systems, mechanical electrical motor controls.. troubleshooting and repairs. They were also able to do core drilling through 14in concrete, which in the past required me to hire a separate specialty contractor. They pretty much are a one stop deal. They certainly are not just property maintenance but more of a general contracting/mechanical company able to handle projects that the previous general contractor screwed up and had not finished. I was greatly impressed when they still brought things back on schedule for me at last moments notice. My only complaint was they were a little slow on billing me for the change orders which I needed to push through immediately but they did get it submitted on time.
