The Woodlands of Deer Creek Association had a company do the earlier installation of our nine security cameras. We spent a lot of money and we were told they were installing state of the art equipment that we would be able to monitor the system which would be virtually trouble free. The amount of service calls necessary to fix the system never ended. And, of course, we were charged for them all. Their response was horrible and we went many, many days with a system that was not working full capacity.
We finally gave up and looked for another security camera company. Luckily we found and contacted Worthington. Needless to say, we now have a camera system that actually works. They had to replace many of the lower quality cameras and, also tweak the system. Their technician accomplished more in a few hours than the previous companies two accomplished in a day.
The system is now working perfectly as is our ability to monitor it.
The first companies promise was the installation of state of the art equipment and installation. Never happened. The Worthington company has made our system state of the universe. Five stars is not enough. We give the Worthington company and their technician ten stars.
