If you want an addition for a study/office, nake sure you tell them to insulate the walls and even doors. They completed a recent addition for a family member, part of which is an office. You can hear all noises coming from the adjacent bedroom, voices, tv, etc. Extremely disruptive when trying to work in the office!! Very poor construction.
