I've had a few very bad experiences with the owner Wesley and his company. He is not to be relied on. Do not trust anything that he says. Look elsewhere for your flooring needs or he will leave you scratching your head, perplexed at how a business can be so poor at communication. He doesn’t honor his words and the work is poor. I don’t recommend at all.

Wesley, (WB Fidelity Floors) is not to be trusted and he lies. We had a contract that he did not honor, he took my money. He's unpredictable, unreliable and gives his customer the runaround. I reported him and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Please do not do business with him.
