Extremely pleased with my finished projects. Spencer visited my home and did the first assessment of what I needed done. Next thing I knew, Will was getting estimates, all the trades came in to do their work and everything was finished. Excellent workmanship, communication, and value.

I talked with 5-6 contractors to remodel our master bathroom. I really liked Wil when I met him at our bid appt. He’s a very easy-going energetic guy. Working with him, Spencer, and Keith was a great experience. He made suggestions based on other clients and showed me pics as I was picking out the tile, knobs, cabinets, and all. He pushed me a little at times for pieces or styles and I’m glad he did. He challenged me to step out of my thinking. Things went so well in the beginning that we were ahead of schedule with his trades, and then slowed back down waiting for the cabinets, counters, and shower glass. Even with that, we finished with the final walk through on time. I LOVE my master bath. Working with Wil was great and we even got to meet his boys after telling him about and seeing him at a Frisco Rough Riders game. Thanks Wreedone!!

We are delighted with the outcome of our kitchen project. We understand that real-world situations can be unpredictable, but we truly appreciate their flexibility in accommodating changes and corrections. New flooring was installed by Wreedone throughout my mother's house. Our expectations were well exceeded by Wil and his team. They assisted us in choosing gorgeous flooring, and the work was finished on schedule. Our project manager, Justin, was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and professional. My mother was a little uncomfortable about having her cherished items moved and having others in her home without her being there. Justin was amazing, and I don't think I could have finished this project without him. He went above and beyond to help with this project in addition to making sure my mother was at ease throughout. With his gentle and amiable manner and his frequent updates, he set her worries at rest totally. Wil and Justin were always open to answering questions and provided us with additional suggestions and options which assisted us with staying within our budget. Their suggested cabinet ideas and counter material suggestions completely changed the kitchen. The first thing that everyone notices is the workmanship, which is equally as exquisite as the flooring. I would use Wreedone again and would recommend them to anyone.

We got connected to Wil & team through a mutual friend, with a desire to concurrently remodel (2) bathrooms. Wil sets & delivers the highest bar in service, that is present from the initial engagement with Wil all the way down through his different trades, suppliers, contractors, and team members. His project planning is extremely thorough - he brings the experience to engage well, help guide on design inputs, avoiding landmines, and being effective with planning & cost. As a client we got to engage with expertise on every needed item: Paint (thank you Faith!), trades - Plumbing & fixture design, tile selections, and more. Our project manager, Justin, was extremely communicative and responsive usually within minutes - not days, and brought some great ideas that helped shape improved design considerations. When something didn't quite look right with paint - Justin had a crystal clear plan communicated with resolution the next day. Justin always had supplies on-site and ready to go for all trades, and was there with each trades contracting resource to validate the outcome was clearly understood. Outstanding 1st project - looking forward to working with Wil, Justin, Caleb, and more again in the future. Thank you!

We had Wreedone do repairs for us to get our house rent ready. Spencer Stewart was our project manager but we also communicated several times with Wil. They both made the process so easy for us! We just wanted a one stop shop where we knew it would be done right. That's exactly what we got. Wil did a great job keeping us up to date on the costs and financial side of things. Spencer was easy to coordinate with and willing to make adjustments whenever we needed them. We had probably 15 cracks in our drywall repaired, retextured and repainted, a small repair on our roof, a repair on our indoor fireplace, drains in the whole house checked and snaked, caulking done, a few fence slat replacements, a downspout repaired and a few other odds and ins. Everything was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Wil made sure that we were pleased with everything before wrapping the project up and insisted that he would do whatever was necessary to make sure we were happy with their work. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had a new HVAC unit installed over the summer. There was a problem when we turned the heat on this fall. So we had the installer return. They said we had a bad breaker and that's when we called WREEDONE because we used them last year with good results. We had two other minor electrical issues to check out besides the breaker. We had a schedule that required the work to be done before the weekend and though they didn't have an opening, they made arrangements to come on Friday afternoon to accommodate us. They checked all three issues out in less than 30 minutes. Corrected the non-working outlets. And though they could have installed a new breaker... they checked it and it was ok so they left it alone. Great honesty and great service by very courteous and professional workers. Thank you WREEDONE!! We will call you again.

This was our second home improvement project using WREEDONE (Wil Reed and team). They had done such a wonderful job renovating our Master and "Pool" bathrooms, we used their considerable skills to update our living room entertainment center and fireplace.
Caleb was the Supervisor for both projects, and we cannot say how impressed we are regarding his numerous skill sets! He possesses a keen eye for design details, and we were especially impressed with his customer collaboration skills. Wil Reed provided easy to understand progress expectations and was only too happy to provide line-item pricing estimates when requested. On deck is our upcoming Kitchen renovation project. We look forward to again working with Wil, Caleb and their team of skilled professionals.

His attention to detail is impeccable and was designing our kitchen literally to the half inch to optimize our specific space requirements. He really listens and understands the customer. He is very reliable, persistent and does quality work. He is also a very pleasant person to work with. We are very happy with how everything turned out thanks to this attention to detail.

The trades are excellent to work with as well from the person who helped us pick paint colors to the company that helps us select fabrics for the unusual banquette.

We now have the dream kitchen that we hoped for and absolutely love it.

We love working with Wil. He communicates clearly, is organized, arrives on time, and prices are fair. Wil accompanies the subs when they first come on the job, he checks in often to evaluate progress, and makes sure he and the homeowner are happy with the final result. The workmanship of the subs is excellent. Wil stands by his work. He remolded our master bathroom a year and a half ago. A few months ago some of the grout on the shower floor cracked. Wil promptly came by and had the entire floor replaced. We also hired Wil to replace house siding that was deteriorating and repair a leaking area around the outside chimney casing. All was done to our full satisfaction.
In our opinion, it is difficult to find anyone who is as personable, reliable, and honest as Wil Reed.

We had an insulated window in our living room that was broken. I made an appointment with Wil to take measurements and obtain an estimate. We agreed on the cost and the window was placed on order. In a few days Wil notified me that the window was ready and set up a time for the install. His workers arrived on time. They came in and went to work immediately and were expeditious in getting the job done. The window fit perfectly and was installed exactly as it should be. The workers cleaned the glass, cleaned the work space and left everything clean. They were very courteous start to finish.

If I have any other project for our home I will certainly use Wreedone again. I recommend him highly.

I am absolutely beyond satisfied the quality of work WIL provided while rebuilding my whole house that I had lost with the tornado.

Our designer recommended Wil for a complete renovation of our master bathroom. Wil bid for the job against a general contractor we had used in the past but we selected Wil because of his professionalism, demeanor, and high collaborative IQ. His bid was also very competitive. He and his subs were reliable, and professional, and completed all portions of each job as committed. Wil communicated with us and our designer throughout, sending daily updates and next steps. He was extremely patient with the multiple change orders we requested. He kept detailed logs for all parties, ensuring that everyone was on the same page. And, being a bit of perfectionist himself, the job was without even the slightest blemish at the end! We have plans to use Wil and his team again in the near future and would recommend him without reservation to anyone looking for a general contractor!

Will did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. Responses were prompt! When we had questions the answers were always precise. Will would be on the job site daily to check on progress. You expect a kitchen remodel to be a headache. This was not the case at all. Our kitchen was usable within 3 days. When I need to remodel a different room of the house I will not bother talking to another company or person.

I contracted Wil and his team to remodel our upstairs game room including the demolition of a balcony railing and the addition of a wall in its place; the addition of a uniquely and thoughtfully designed wet-bar; a counter-height desk/buffet, and wood floors. I am beyond pleased with the final outcome that Wil and his team delivered!! I had been thinking and sketching out ideas for this reno for awhile, and actually had Wil recommended to me by a friend. Wil was very easy to work with- from the beginning when I presented him with some interesting ideas and challenges for my wet-bar and new wall, and all the way through the completion of the projection. He was always concerned throughout the process that I was completely satisfied with the project which meant a lot as I knew I could trust that he would deliver a completely stellar finished product that I would be proud to show off, which he did!! The project did go over budgeted time due to some hiccups in the process, but Wil did a great job keeping me informed of timeline changes and working with his guys to try to ultimately get the project completed. Wil also worked with me to keep the project within my stated budget. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone! Thanks Wil and team for my beautiful game-room that my family now loves to use and entertain in!

We had our ugly stained brick home completely refreshed and painted white, and it was a dream come true for me. Wil Reed communicated with me throughout the entire process and was so kind and personable. I would absolutely recommend Wreedone for any sized job!

Wil was recommended to me by my realtor in preparation to put my house on the market. His primary task was to paint the inside main level of the home. Additionally, there were multiple sheetrock repairs and detail work needed. I received three quotes including Wil's and his was right in line will what we were expecting to pay for the needed work.

From start to finish, Wil's communication was far superior to what we have received from other contractors. He very carefully went through the work scope and made sure that all of our needs were being met from the onset. As the project began, he made multiple visits to ensure everything was progressing as needed.

The final outcome was excellent and the work took less time than initially planned. We had a tight timeline to maintain and I was put at ease with steady progress.

We had a great experience working with Wil on the updating of our master and guest bathrooms! He is professional, personable, and prompt in responding. Will was very helpful in the design stage, presents his bid in categories that are clear to understand and modifiable, and presents a realistic time table of what is to be accomplished each day. His communication and attention to detail throughout the process was outstanding. His plumber and electrician were licensed and all subs were excellent (about 12 in all on our project). He introduced us to subs when going over instructions at the beginning of their work, and he was usually present to go over work completed with us before the sub left. He ensured work was completed properly to his and our satisfaction. His pricing was competitive with other contractors we consulted in the bidding process. We are grateful that a friend referred us to Wil.

Before putting our home up for sale, we wanted to update the kitchen and master bathroom. I absolutely loved working with Wil Reed and his team!! I knew of Wil from the outstanding work he had done to my parent's home. Wil was very attentive and would update me daily on their progress. His team is very punctual and professional.
