Horrible experience… poor communication and dishonesty. The company was referred when I purchased a home. I’m new to home buying so I expected everyone to be kind and professional but was I wrong. The home was originally inspected by a company to see what repairs needed to take place. Wright Homes was given the VA Bid to complete work. I had a VA loan and had to utilize someone licensed or was a VA approved provider. After completion of the work I requested a re-Inspection by the original company. The original inspector found a leak with water coming from my AC unit that was not there on original inspection which had to be some while completing work. Wright Homes ignored the problem until I began complaining. Wright Homes later stated that they notified me while work was being completed that there was an issue or leak and offered to have it fixed by an hearing an air company that they had obtained a quote from and that I had been notified in fact I was not made aware and I was not informed. They basically said they knew I had money in my contingency to have it repaired but I never got back with them. Please do not utilize this company
