DO NOT HIRE THIS INDIVIDUAL. He was recommended by a friend, knowing him personally not as a professional. I have a porch that is not repaired, the work was not done according to the contract he wrote up. He left all the materials in my front yard. All communication has ceased on his part. During the process of hiring this individual receiving a return phone call was nearly impossible. That should be the first warning sign. Second warning sign is asking for payment before completion. Third warning, he does not show up when he says, if at all. See you in court
