August 2018 - Wright Now Plumbing- Gregory Wright
I don’t usually write reviews, but am doing so this time because of the excellent service we received from Gregory Wright. Our water heater was replaced last March, at the time our circulation pump was also replaced. After replacing both we had problems with the water varying between hot and cold, not staying consistent. We have had two other plumbing company’s trying to fix it and neither could figure out or solve the problem. Gregory was here within two hours of being called. He noticed immediately that a value was placed in the wrong spot and took the time to look at the installation book for the circulation pump. The pump had been positioned incorrectly. We are very appreciative of Gregory cheerfully taking on this challenge and resolving our plumbing problem. We highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. #530-520-7984 -

I have had to call Wright Now Pluming on four different occasions which turned out to be emergency situations. Two leach lines pipes had decayed away and were leaking. Both lines were dug up and replaced within two days. Wright Now Plumbing knew how important it is when you are dealing with family members that are up in years. The long hours that were put in and how much care and concern there was to complete both these jobs. The other two happen to be a broken toilet and a decayed sink pipe that was found. The sink was fixed within matters of minutes. The broken toilet had flooded the bathroom. Not to worry I was told which made me feel better. All of the necessary parts and a new toilet was purchased the bathroom had to have a lot of work and that was done, the rug taken out, toilet out and new in, under the sink replaced. New metal door guard put back .
Not to mention this was on Fourth of July weekend. All this was done in one day. The garbage can was even taken to the road by this plumber which was half a mile to the road.
I would recommend this plumber to do any plumbing job. He is very compassionate and concerned about his customers. He is very detailed oriented about his jobs.

The plumber was not able or willing to do the job for us. The plumber also reported code violations to the City, which we were unaware of, costing us a lot of money for no reason. Unless you are sure everything in your home is up to code, don’t let this guy in your house.
