I really wish you had negative star ratings...my husband and I contracted with Wright Resources/Michael Moore/owner manager, in April of 2023, to build a house in Davenport Fl...we paid $57,810.00 on April 17, 2023 to begin work...it took 5 months, to August 15,2023, to get the permit and the fees to begin work...he asked for $20,000.00 September 28,2023 and another $30,000.00 December 30,2023 which we paid in total $107,810.00 by December 30,2023... The draws to be paid according to work completed...well by December 30,2023, all we had was the foundation and concrete walls...the trusses were delivered on February 10,2024 and lay on the ground until March 30,2024 when they were put on the walls...they were never covered , they have warped and some boards are no longer nailed together...all I would get were lies and excuses for no work being done...the contract states that the completion date was to be Aprril 12,2024 ...and all we have is the foundation, concrete walls and warped and ruined trusses, after paying $107,810.00 ...I plan to pursue legal action to be reimbursed for the work not completed and damages to the property...he is in breech of all of the contract ...my husband is a disabled veteran and we are both over 70 ...he has turned our dream home into a nightmare...beware

Do not let this company (WRIGHT RESOURCES, LLS- Michael Moore) do any roofing for you! They replaced a metal roof. Took them two weeks, and it leaked and extensively damaged the interior of my home at the first rain. The roof worker's also DAMAGED my carport by WALKING ON IT. The Pinellas County roof permit remains OPEN listing all of the roof deficits/damage and they refuse to fix anything or refund money.

I had my kitchen remodeled and Wright Resources did an excellent job. Workers arrived on time, worked hard and cleaned up the construction area. The owner went above and beyond when he found issues with the plumbing and framing and fixed them.
