clarence wright came did some flooring work for me. after he finished i noticed some soft spots in the floor, i reached out to him and he said to add more screws i did and the soft spots still was present. I guess the first red flag i came across is that he didn't have a saw blade for his saw i let him borrow mine. After i added screws as he suggested i then took up part of the flooring where it was the worst and came to realize he didn't put pressure blocking in my floor. which caused the soft spots. I did that and only replaced on layer of the plywood and it was more solid with only one sheet. I then contacted him about coming out to right his incorrect work he then went on about i had the wrong boards. said i need 3/4 ply. But i was using 2 sheets of 1/2'. long story short he did a half ass job and won't come back to fix what he didn't do. he said he was a 30 year carpentry worker and i paid him good money to do the work. and he can't drive out and fix what he didn't do. He said he put the blocking and did it correct. Which was a lie cause i took pictures while he was doing the work.
