This was one the most professional contractors I've met here in the sunshine state. I explained my needs and what I wanted in an HVAC system and was promised a timely proposal - and got two to choose from and each with a full explanation of what I could expect from the job. After choosing the higher end product I was given a day and time the crew would arrive - which they did. They got to work immediately, got the job done in record time because the contractor, Tod Wright, knew how long I had been suffering in the extreme heat wave and how I had been let down by another contractor. He even installed a portable air conditioner unit in the bedroom so I could sleep comfortably until the whole house system was installed two days later. Mr. Wright and crew were extremely thorough and checked and rechecked their work as well as leaving my garage swept cleaner than it was before they did the job. Finally, Mr. Wright gave me a thorough tutorial on the use of the most amazing thermostat to date on the Bryant HVAC system I chose. He even pulled the permits and registered my system for me upon completion. When I was presented with my bill there were no hidden costs, no surprises. If you need a new HVAC system and want it installed by an efficient, professional crew and for a good price, Wright's Mechanical Services is the way to go.
