He contracted with WSS&R to finish a major remodel and addition project after we were left hanging by another contractor. Zac was great to start, very through on his bid and got started connecting us with an architect to get drawings and move forward, but things changed quickly. He pressured us for money up front to start before the bank approved so we could get in the house faster. We gave in and gave him $2500 out of pocket to satrt, with a written contact that it would be reimbursed when he got paid through the bank. He began mudding drywall - including areas that we're already painted hut not up to his standards- the bank denied our application to use him as our contractor. Since then (3 months) he has continued to show up very sporadically saying he will finish the drywall job and the tile job he was paid for only to be on site for no more than 2-3 hours or less at a time and not truely completing anything except making more work for us to clean up after. He has no stopped answering our phone calls or texts and has not returned the key to our property. So in addition to the additional work we have had to do ourselves, we now have to change locks since someone who can't be trusted has a key. We are very dissapointed we couldn't work with Zac and his company but in the end guess it was for the best since the little work he has done has been pretty shitty and left I finished. Will NOT recommend him to anyone
