    Fluency did such great, quick work the first time that this second time around I knew immediately I wanted to work with them again. And they did not disappoint! The work done looks beautiful, all the workers were friendly, and Minkai (project manager) was extremely helpful and patient with us. He was easy to reach and always answered back in a timely manner. I would definitely work with them again.

    Kitchen Remodel project

    Our kitchen was in desperate need of a remodel and Minkai and his team helped us with a gut remodel.

    From the get go, Minkai was quick to come out and look at our place. He followed up quickly with a quote. His quote came in at a very fair price, especially given the current market. We were then able to quickly book a time to start the work.

    Minkai brought a team of 3-4 folks to work on our project on a daily basis. There were folks who specialized in carpentry, tiling, flooring, etc. We were also impressed by the speed of plumbing and electric because he didn't have to sub contract out the work. There was even a dude dedicated to cleaning our space, which we were very happy with. It made living through the construction much more bearable.

    Since we lived on site during the construction, we were able to give real time feedback about the work and the team was very responsive. They were able to help solve a weird fridge nook situation and offer a beautifully finished product.

    Only thing of note is that his team does smoke and we had to give feedback to have them clean up after their cigarette butts.

    Overall really happy with Minkai and his team. Minkai is very responsive. We are already working to get quotes on a future project.

    Electrical Work project

    The work involved upgrading electrical service, including new panel, meter and service cable. Overall workmanship was good, although when a worker was patching sheetrock on an outside wall, he did not replace the insulation. I had to remind him to do so.
    Cleanup is important to me. I found debris, including the old cable clamps scattered in my grass. I didn’t appreciate that.
    The three star rating is primarily due to poor communications. Contractor did not show up on the days he said he would.
