Nice and friendly in the beginning of the building process. We had them build a custom home for us. They are not good at building custom homes. We added several items as we built, we never questioned the costs, they were fair that way.They get no input from owner but make decisions on their own on items that can not be changed. We had a fireplace installed. It would have been nice if they told us it had no fan or glass doors. We would have added them. Now it's too late . No power for fan. Stone on front of house. Never asked how we wanted it layed. Never asked what style garage door we wanted.
Cracks in slab. Blamed it on the heat. Born and raised in Florida should know how to deal with that. Poor craftsmen ship all around. Lighting not centered on islands, laundry room faucet hot is cold cold is hot, blocked drains, lumpy sod(don't think sod man owns a rake),doors don't close properly, driveway has wire mesh sticking out, too many other items to list. Would not recommend.
