Consumer Beware of WWS is a rip off company. Their bidder is Steven Richardson who bid a deck project for us, wrote a contract falsely under the contractors license and did not deliver. There are several violations against Steven Richardson. We had everything in writing, after contacting his boss Nick Starrett who is the primary holder of the contractors license he said it was "my problem" I have contacted L&I .
