Wyatt builders does not have integrity in their work and will just stop responding if they do not agree with the issue at hand. They have not upheld their one year warranty and refuse to take accountability for their poor workmanship. Stay away from this builder.

Wyatt Builders came back to fix all my problems. I guess after thinking about my position he felt that the items should be cared for. He has fixed the gutters, fixed the carpet, helping to look for the property markers (can't be found), fixed the erosion problem in yard, will have the bathroom fixture and micro-wave repositioned; all water problems resolved. I would look at his 2 new homes being constructed in the area; they look of quality.
