I reached out t have some interior work done. I was told that the project wouldn't be a problem and they'd get some numbers put together. After two weeks I found out the guys that came and looked at it dropped the ball and they needed to come look at it again. This time the owner, who is also my neighbor, came down to take a look. We had a good conversation and I was told that they'd do it and they'd get me the price. I told him I understood it wasn't a huge job and to give me the price that made sense for him to show up. He looked me in the eyes and shook my hand. Another two weeks go by and I hadn't heard anything. I called the office and left three messages with a human and he still never called. I finally heard back and once again they were apologetic, but promised they were working on it and wanted to come take another look to make sure everything was right, even giving me a rough price that I agreed to. So now here we are, four months after I initially reached out and was told yes. Now he's stating that it's not worth their time unless I want them to do more work (which makes little sense since I asked for the worth your while price) and that the job has to be rebid and I'd have to go to the end of the list. Won't answer his phone to talk. I ordered appliances and everything for this project and now I'm going to be scrambling because they won't fit without this work. THEY BROKE THEIR WORD FOR NO REASON. ONLY REACHED OUT TO COLLECT MONEY. ALL THE ROOFING IS SUB-CONTRACTED. STAY AWAY
